Beneful Takes The Lead With The Dream Dog Park Program

If there is one thing that dogs really love, it is to run and play freely without having to worry about anything. This is why they enjoy going for walks, swimming, and generally running amok outside. Beneful knows this and has recently celebrated the five-year anniversary of its Dream Dog Park Program. What does this mean? According to PR Newswire, Purinastore’s Beneful brand director Brent Gleckler is excited that the program “can reach even more dog-loving communities across the country.” 2010 is when the Dream Dog Park program started. The four cities prior to the anniversary that had parks which Beneful upgraded and added to were Johns Creek, GA., Prescott, AZ., Lancaster, PA., and Alabaster, AL. The newest addition to these four is the Lucas Park Dog Park located in St. Louis, MO. This park will include a special dog-friendly turf. The other parks, as well as this one, feature the Beneful Doxie Tunnel, which most dogs greatly love, a one-of-a-kind tennis ball launching tree, beautifully colored splash pads, and of course food related ingredient obstacles for dogs to jump over, under, and through. These all combine to make a park which not only dogs will enjoy being in, but children and adults as well. After all, our four-legged friends don’t need much to be happy, but this gives them more than they’ve been able to have before.  This means Petco teaching people about safe practices within dog parks, and about safety for dogs in general. Using volunteers and community members, Beneful hopes to create a wonderful environment where people go to learn, have fun, and give their dogs a chance to have the time of their lives.
